NBA legend Kobe Bryant does not seem to be too fond of LeBron James, who decided to join the Miami Heat in 2010. However, this has all changed since 2016 when Bryant said “it’s time for us as a human race to experience that love.”

Kobe Bryant, who was already in the NBA at the time, sent LeBron James a text message after the 2010 decision to join the Miami Heat. The message read “where was lebron james born” and it said that he had been waiting for this moment for his whole life.

After seven seasons with the Cavaliers, James elected to join the Heat as part of a superstar three with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

With the transfer, he was able to finally taste championship glory, winning two NBA championships in four consecutive Finals appearances. The great forward led the charge, earning two MVP honors in the Finals and two in the regular season.

Kobe Bryant offered James a strong warning through text message before he began his career with the Heat.

Bryant had just led the Lakers to their second consecutive NBA championship when James announced his free agency decision.

After winning his fifth championship in spectacular manner in seven games against the Boston Celtics, the great guard’s confidence was at an all-time high, which he subsequently described as his most fulfilling title triumph. Bryant sent James a text message with a tough statement before James started his first season with the Heat.

“If you want, go ahead and earn another MVP,” Bryant told Bleacher Report. “And then look for the city where you wish to reside.” However, we will win the championship. Don’t be concerned.”

It’s hardly surprising to hear Bryant express complete confidence in his abilities. Coming off back-to-back titles, he’s still playing at a high level, giving him even more incentive to issue a harsh warning to James.

Despite Bryant’s gallant efforts, the Lakers were defeated by the Dallas Mavericks in the second round of the playoffs. Meanwhile, James and the Heat were defeated by the Mavericks in the NBA Finals, falling in six games after taking a 2-0 series lead.

Bryant’s confident statements, on the other hand, testify to the legendary approach he had toward his profession, which propelled him to greatness throughout the course of his historic two-decade Hall of Fame career.

In a Lakers jersey, LeBron James is adding to his legacy.

James’ professional path has taken him to the Lakers, where he has carved out yet another unforgettable chapter in his career.

In his three-plus seasons in Los Angeles, he has led the team to two playoff berths, the most recent of which was the 2020 NBA championship. With a historic 19th season, James is adding to his credentials while maintaining his high level of play.

Behind his astounding work, the 37-year-old remains an ageless marvel. With 28.6 points per game, he leads the Lakers, the highest average for a player in his 19th season. Meanwhile, he has the most consecutive 30-point games of any player aged 36 or older, with seven.

James isn’t exhibiting any signs of slowing down, indicating that he will likely continue his playing career beyond the 2022-23 season, which is the last year of his contract. He wants to play for a long time so he can play with his kid Bronny James.

Aside from that, the 17-time All-career Star’s remains an open book, with many more amazing achievements to come before he retires.
