Eldin Ring Boss Guide: How to Beat Tibia Mariner

Elden Ring’s Tibia Mariner is a recurrent boss. Three may be found across the Lands Between. The first is most likely at East Limgrave’s Summonwater Village. You will most likely encounter the NPC called D for the first time just before entering this flooded settlement. He’ll alert you about the impending arrival of the boss. Don’t be scared by D’s comments; if you’re patient and win the battle of attrition, the boss is simple to defeat.

To get Deathroot and access to unique Spirit Ashes, you’ll want to take on these optional monsters. Speak to D at the Roundtable Hold after you’ve obtained Deathroot, either elsewhere or as a prize for one of these bouts, and he’ll indicate on your map where you may get additional rewards. It’ll be worth it, we promise.

In Elden Ring, where can you find Tibia Mariner?

In addition to runes and Deathroot, the Tibia Mariner may be found in these places, offering the following rewards:

  • Summonwater Village is located in the town of Summonwater.
    • Deathroot and Skeletal Militiaman Ashes are the rewards.

In Elden Ring, how do you beat Tibia Mariner?

The bosses in Limgrave and Liurnia use the same tactics, however the Tibia Mariner in Wyndham Ruins has more health. They also drop more Runes when they die, so putting in the additional effort is worthwhile.

Tibia Mariner is a phantom skeleton that travels by watercraft. They teleport to different parts of the arena on a regular basis. They will also call skeleton buddies from the surrounding region on a frequent basis, and these opponents are a constant in these engagements. Because these arenas are all large stages where you might quickly get overwhelmed, it’s advisable to remain atop your horse for each monster battle.

The Attacks of Tibia Mariner

The Attacks of Tibia Mariner are slow, easy to avoid, and, for the most part, not very damaging. But you aren’t fighting in a vacuum. You will want to avoid all the skeleton enemies and prioritize not getting overrun, damaging the Mariner when you have a brief opportunity of time. Don’t try to wipe enemies before turning your attention to the boss. Tibia Mariner teleports too frequently to make that strategy efficient. With patience, you can punish the boss without having to worth about dying.

Tibia Mariner’s First Attack is Teleportation.

This is more of a maneuver than an assault. For a few seconds after the teleport, the Tibia Mariner will be exposed. Make sure you get your hits in, even if they’re vanishing, and then find a way to safety before looking for the Mariner’s next spawn point in the arena.

2nd Tibia Mariner Attack: Horn

This is the most basic of The Attacks of Tibia Mariner. They will attack with their horn, slowly swiping on either or both the left and right sides of the boat. This is an opportunity to get up close on the opposite side and get in two or three hits on the boss.

Tibia Mariner Attack 3: Boat Slam is the third installment in the Tibia Mariner Attack series.

The Tibia Mariner’s boat slam is capable of causing significant damage and has excellent tracking. It’s quite probable that you’ll die from this attack if you perish fighting this boss. So, as soon as you see the Mariner raise the bow of the boat, hurry away; you don’t want to be near them when the raft smacks down.

Summon Wave, Tibia Mariner Attack 4

The boss’s most lethal strike is also your most beneficial weapon for dealing with undead warrior monsters. When Tibia Mariner charges up a green symbol, it will be raised and slammed into the boat, causing enormous AoE damage. Because this is a lengthy animation, you may easily pause it once it begins.

If you follow our instructions, several of the lesser enemies will have gathered around you and will all be slain by this strike. Simply get out of the path and let Tibia Mariner do the rest. After that, you’ll have a big opportunity to get several hits in before the following move. Allow them to be crushed by fleeing.

[Wyndham Ruins Mariner] Tibia Mariner Attack 5: Summon Skeleton

The last Tibia Mariner you’ll likely run with is in Wyndham Ruins, east of Atlas Plateau, and far north on the Elden Ring map. This Tibia Mariner summons a massive skeleton phantom that will occasionally materialize out of the lake, in addition to its usual moveset and an army of skeleton soldiers.

It has the ability to swipe at you and fire an energy beam from its head. Both of these assaults are the most lethal in this encounter, so make it a top priority to avoid this skeleton at all costs.

And that’s In Elden Ring, how do you beat Tibia Mariner?. Spirit Summons can be an extreme help in these mob fights. The Tibia Mariners aren’t too strong by themselves, but it’s easy to get overwhelmed and lose track of when to heal. Make sure you know how to upgrade your Spirit Ashes before taking on the later game Tibia Mariner boss fights.
