The Philadelphia Eagles’ signal-caller is the perfect candidate to replace the Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback, who has missed all of 2018 with a shoulder injury. He’s also a great leader and competitor, which will be needed for the team in the long run.

Carson Wentz is a quarterback from the Philadelphia Eagles who recently replaced Andrew Luck for the Indianapolis Colts. The young QB has been a great addition to the team and he’s also sent a powerful message to the fans. Read more in detail here: andrew luck age.

In 2021, Carson Wentz will be under a great deal of scrutiny.

He not only has a swarm of enraged Eagles fans coming after him because of how things ended in Philadelphia, but he also has big shoes to fill as the franchise quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts. For Chris Ballard and the Colts, the purchase of Wentz is essentially about replacing Andrew Luck. Even replacing Philip Rivers, though, should be difficult. During his lone season in Indianapolis, the former Chargers quarterback guided the Colts to an 11-win season.

While there is still a whole NFL season to go, Wentz is hitting all the right buttons thus far in establishing his value as a franchise quarterback.

During his stay in Philadelphia, Wentz operated a food truck ministry called “Thy Kingdom Crumb,” which was one of the ways he became engaged in the neighborhood. Wentz is a devout Christian who has never shied away from discussing his faith at press conferences or interviews.

Since its inception in 2018, “Thy Kingdom Crumb,” a food truck organization dedicated to delivering free meals to people in need, has fed more over 90,000 free meals in Philadelphia. Wentz immediately started working to ensure that his ministry extended to the Indianapolis area after being traded to the Colts:

“We knew we wanted to bring Thy Kingdom Crumb to this region as soon as we were established in Indianapolis,” Wentz added. “Through this ministry, we’ve witnessed God transform lives, and we believe He has great things for TKC Indy” (Indy Star).

For the record, Wentz has no intention of relocating the ministry out of Philadelphia. He intends to keep it operating in collaboration with Indianapolis:

“Continuing TKC in Philadelphia was always something my wife and I wanted to do,” Wentz added. “I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished there, and that city will always have a particular place in our hearts,” she says.

Carson Wentz continues to show his dedication to the Indianapolis Colts.

Wentz and his family have had a tumultuous year. There’s no way around it.

First, the Eagles selected Jalen Hurts as his eventual successor. Then, in order to tank the last three games of the season, they physically benched Wentz in favor of Hurts. Finally, they sent Wentz to the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for draft picks.

Wentz appreciated the move to Indianapolis, owing to his prior relationship with Colts head coach Frank Reich. Being assigned to a new team, on the other hand, is never simple. You still have to pack your belongings and relocate halfway across the nation with your family.

Wentz’s quick involvement in a community-related charity demonstrates his dedication to the Indianapolis region and the Colts’ fan base as a whole.

The Indianapolis Colts need a special quarterback.

Since Carson Wentz was moved to Indianapolis in February, TY Hilton claims he’s been chatting and texting with him. And Wentz worked hard to persuade Hilton to remain.

TY remarked of his new quarterback, “He has some Andrew Luck characteristics.”

The Colts have been pursuing Andrew Luck’s ghost for a long time, and their most recent blockbuster deal to get Wentz confirms it.

They’re still on the lookout for a new franchise quarterback to build the team around.

The Colts will be in a near-perfect position if Wentz can reclaim the form he exhibited in 2017 and 2019. In 2017, Wentz was an MVP contender, and in 2019, he set a new club record for throwing yards in a single season. Finding a method for Reich to reintroduce Wentz to that level of play puts them in a position to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills in the future.

Wentz, on the other hand, must demonstrate his ability to do so. He had a difficult 2020 season, missing much of training camp due to a foot ailment.

Wentz has made a wonderful first step by settling down and establishing roots in Indianapolis. Now he must show that he can lead the Colts to the promised land.
